To meet labelling standards, they also blend honey from several suppliers or areas, although this does not guarantee high-quality Mānuka Honey.

We employ classic extraction methods to gather and extract the honey, taking care not to destroy the wax comb in the hive. Scraping the wax and pollen from frames deprives the bees of their natural source of nutrition and minerals, weakening the hive.

After being extracted, each barrel is hand-selected, tasted, and tested, resulting in incredible flavours that are pure and unadulterated.
