Shipping and Delivery

All purchases are fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours of ordering. Once the delivery has been processed you will receive a tracking number. Please notify us if you have not received a tracking number within 24 hours of purchase.

CUSTOMS & RESTRICTIONS

Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs fees, or a brokerage (processing) fee. These fees are different from your shipping expense, and you will be paid by the carrier directly. It is solely your duty to ensure that any things you order are not forbidden or restricted in the nation to which they are delivered. Royal Bizz accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any items by your country's Customs Office or other government authority.

Address Problems

Please double-check your shipping address, as we will not be held liable if the package is delivered to an incorrect address. The cost of resending a package that is returned due to an incorrect address is the responsibility of the consumer.
